📇 Case Study: Revamping RADII

Online media publication RADII was experiencing a stagnation in readership and social follower growth. To address this, I led a two-day brand workshop to redefine the brand's essence, competitive niche, and personality, which resonated with the target audience.

Collaborating with creative teams, we developed new brand guidelines and social media templates, and I guided the creation of a social content calendar, marking the first dedicated investment in social video content. We then worked on a multi-platform release schedule that focused on Instagram and Youtube, but also included Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, WeChat and a newsletter.

This initiative doubled organic follower acquisition rates among 18- to 35-year-olds on Instagram and YouTube within two months. A modest paid media budget of $300 monthly further boosted Instagram followers from 6,000 to 20,000 in ten months, while YouTube followers grew from 600 to over 5,000 through the new social video strategy.
